From Moses and the prophets through the time of Jesus and the Apostles, God used his chosen leaders to mentor those who would follow in their footsteps to achieve his purpose.  That same model for passing on leadership responsibilities has been used to facilitate the growth of God's kingdom over the centuries since then.  Still today, God expects leadership in each congregation to be planned, where God-fearing men have been trained and mentored on what it means to be a leader in God's church.  This Sunday begins a four-week series that aims to help answer the question, "Who's next?" in being the leaders at Crossroads.
